One of Vienna's most famous landmarks is the giant Ferris Wheel built in 1896. In 1945, at the end of the war, half of the original number of cabins were destroyed by fire. Here we sit trying not to be petrified by the winds rattling the windows and shaking the cabin as we go slowly around to see the views of Vienna.
